Affectionately known as "Langers", Paul Langmack had not only a long, but a highly successful, first grade career which brought him three premierships with the Bulldogs.
Joining the Dogs in 1983, Langmack played lock forward and quickly rose through the grades. His first game in the top grade came later that year. He got his first taste of finals football in the 1983 preliminary semi-final against the Eels.
Langmack became a regular first-grader in 1984 and it wasn't long before he was able to savour premiership glory when the Bulldogs narrowly beat the Eels in that year's decider, ending Parramatta's Grand Final streak.
In 1985, Langmack did not miss a match and ended the year with premiership success again when the Bulldogs beat the Dragons.
1986 saw Langmack again play in every match, including the Grand Final which saw the Eels gain revenge for 1984. In 1987, Langmack broke the record for consecutive first grade games.
1988 saw Langmack snare his third premiership with a win over Balmain. In 1991 he left the club for Wests where he played till 1998. In 1999 Langmack joined the Roosters but played just three games.
