Amazing support from Bill Gilmour. Former world ranked tennis player, Bill Gilmour, has done so much for Men of League Foundation. Mr Gilmour (Men of League Foundation Member #9,101), had a distinguished tennis career where he advanced to the third round of Wimbledon as a singles player and the quarter-finals in the doubles in 1955. Mr Gilmour has maintained a key role in the sport while supporting his local community. He has established tennis coaching clinics in Miranda and Caringbah and has allowed Men of League Foundation to hold tennis fundraising events. His assistance to our Foundation has not stopped there. In 2015, Bill donated a bus to our committees allowing them to be able to conduct visits and to take the rugby league community on outings helping prevent social isolation. Bill, the support you have given the Men of League Foundation has changed so many people’s lives. Thank you Bill.
